Bank Of America Ripoff, Illegal Late Fees, Ready to File Legal Action California
We have been injured by Bank of America on numerous occasions
We have a Bank of America Visa Credit Card. Our payments were not credited on the day that they were received by the Bank. This resulted in improper finance charges and late fees.
We are going to file a Class Action Lawsuit in CA. Please email me if you would like to join.

Check your credit card terms and conditions.

You may have waived your right to any type of law suit (class action or otherwise). There may be a clause limiting you to binding arbitration.
Alot of companies are now burying such a clause in their terms and conditions.
If there is, the credit card issuer will surely bring it up.
I am not familiar with California law so there may be a way around it if it exists. It would be a good idea to research it further so you are prepared for any resistance from the credit card company.
Good luck.
