A couple of weeks ago I got a bad check from a person that made a honest mistake; my bank for the las 5 years did not inform me about the situation so I spent money with my ATM card and got some overdraft fees that added up to $200; up to here everything is what banks normally do, they take yout money, but we are used to it. The problem started when I tried to talk to the bank manager to know what was going on with my account; this person; GAIL SACOVILLE, not only treated me like garbage but also gave me the wrong information and that meant that I had to pay another $150 in overdraft fees, besides having my account on hold for three weeks.

After all this problem and after GAIL SACOVILLE telling me that the problem was solved and that I could access my funds on a certain date I found out that not only the problem was not solved but that I kept getting overdraft fees, so I went back to the bank and tried to talk to GAIL SACOVILLE; again, not only she treates me like I was bothering her but she also didn't give any information.

Aren't banks suppoused to know what's going on with the money that you trust them with? Isn't that why we pay them for?

Aren't the people that work at banks suppoused to at least try to help you when you ask them something?
Aren't the costumers suppoused to be treated like people?
I asked this questions to GAIL SACOVILLE and she gave the same answer every time: "I have no idea of what's going on"
