This week Garrick N. Fox, Esq. of Daytona Beach filed an appearance in the Volusia County Civil Court, Seventh Judicial Circuit on behalf of Brandee Lee Gaines

 He is   also  representing Patricia Gaines

I have repeatedly requested Bank of America & their attorneys to produce proof of this fraudulent mortgage. After years of requesting I still have not had any results. My requests have been ignored. And my daughter has been served 4 foreclosure summons on the house in 6 weeks plus one summons that belonged to another person & property she had no knowledge of. Keep reading. 

Bank of America  and their legal eagles (Vultures) continue to dodge the requests through the court to provide legitimate proof of the fraudulent mortgage on my home. They are doing everything they can to try to foreclose. (How much more greedy can they get?)

They are no longer sending ME court summons or letters, they have now decided to harass my daughter and have been serving her with summons, four summons in six weeks. She has never had anything to do with this property. She has never signed documents regarding this property nor does she have or desire any claim to it whatsoever, legally or otherwise.

Their latest ploy has been to ignore her response to the court and ask for and obtain a  Foreclosure Guardian Ad Litem order from the court so that they can continue this foreclosure action. A Foreclosure Guardian Ad Litem is a heavy-handed way for the bank to stack the deck for foreclosure if they cannot produce a clear title to the property.

They always fail to be forthcoming with the proper and substantive documentation that has been requested through the court to provide proof of this mortgage.  They fail to answer these requests and instead take another tactic to circumvent the need to answer an honest request for substantive proof?  IF the proof does exist then why they are not able to provide that proof? The mortgage is fraudulent. I feel The bank and their attorneys are just as big frauds as the mortgage that they are attempting to foreclose on.  How can these people sleep at night? 

It  is a shame that there are lawyers of this bent that have been admitted to the bar to practice law and all they do is to use it for their own greedy purposes and those of their greedy employers. Foreclosure Mills are running rampant in this country, where is the court system? 

This  country has come to a very sad state when this is how the legal system is used to disenfranchise decent law abiding citizens. Is this Law or is it Justice?

Corruption drives much of the banking system in the USA and in Europe. It's also a key component in our government and in the European governments. The Central Bankers are ultimately in control of our government and the European governments. That's why things will not get better. 

And here's the scary part; since the Central Bankers control the governments it would be logical to conclude that they also control the militaries, right?

I believe that another war, a big one, will break out in the near future in the Middle East. Both Obama and Romney believe in war, correct? The Central Bankers will be happy with either of these men winning the election in November, in my opinion.

To sum it all up in a nutshell, corruption has driven the governments and the economies of Europe and the USA into the abyss. Another 'Collapse' will happen in the near future, in my opinion. 

I use to work in the Office of the President at Bank of America. They would have us LIE to customers like we had their original signed loan documents. You have to stick to this. Lawyer up. I NEVER saw the original signed documents. We only had the scanned copies. The manager told us to send the copies to the customers and say we held the original documents when we did not.
 
They were suppose to be in a warehouse somewhere which was a LIE. The reason I said lawyer up is because when their lawyers show up to court they will have to show your "original" signed documents which I am certain they won't have. THe loans were all quickly bundled and sold from one company to the next. The original documents were all scanned and transferred over. By Law they MUST have the original documents.

It appears that the bankers are going to print about $125 Billion in order to keep the banking system in Spain from collapsing, due to all of their mistakes in the past several years. Spain also has a huge housing/mortgage problem, just like the USA.

WELCOME TO THE USA & EUROPE- TWO BIG LIES

Yes, Our Identity was sold (God only knows how many people bought it) A mortgage that we did not initiate was placed on our home.  This has happened  many other people. The Identity Theft could have happened because our Identity was sold at Countrywide or perhaps someone just got our identity. The purpose of this message is that Countrywide had a mortgage that we did not initiate. That loan was in Countrywide, Bank of America then purchased Countrywide.. Our Mortgage was then placed in the fraud department of Bank of America.  I have repeated sent  letters to  Bank of America. They will NOT give me proof of the loan. And   yes, they are foreclosing on a fraudulent loan. I have written a letter to both Bank of America & their attorneys.  I am  asking for them to produce documents that this loan is our.. OK, I think you must be leaving out a few details.  Are you saying that someone else, using your husband's idetity, initiated a mortgage for their own home, or for yours?  If it was for their home, why are YOU being foreclosed on?

Please provide more details.
