Complaint Review: Bank Of Clarkson

I financed a loan for a cafe in Clarkson. There was no one stepping forward to run this place and no one wanted it to close.

So I stepped forward and stuck my neck out. The first three months were ok, I was paying the bills. But suddenly the business began to fall off. It was around that time that a friend came to me and told me that the bank president, Tom Schultz had told her that I was arrears in child support and not paying it.

Upon hearing this I decided that there was no effective way out and that I could not begin to do business with people who would sell you a loan and then do damage to the business it is for. I called Tom Schultz and told him what I had heard. He was arrogant saying that I lied on my loan application. (then why did he approve the thing?)

I asked him to give me the address and phone number to the owner of the bank...he refused. I told him my lawyer had correspondence for him. He said to send it to him. I asked him to give me the name of the owner. He was not going to give it to me. What I want to know is how do I report this SOB? Any lawyers in nebraska want to sue this jerk...I can pay.
