Complaint Review: Bank One And TLG*SHOPPERADV

BANK1ONE in association with TLG*SHOPPERADV charges your credit card account $89.99 for shopping membership without your consent. I notified the company (TLG) and inquired as to why I was charged and who authorized this. I was told that I cashed a $2.50 check which authorized the service, but they would not provide any proof of this fantom check. I did not receive or cash this check but suddenly my account was charded for this service. I fear that many people with accounts associated with BANK1ONE may have been charded fraudulently for this bogus service, with the intent of ripping off their (BANK1ONE) customers. I cannot believe that BANK1ONE would allow a company to do this to their customers and am concerned with their ability to manage my credit card and checking accounts.
