I paid an account using a check online via circuitcitycredit.com back in January.
For three consecutive weeks I called and tried to have someone explain to me and investigate why the check was not clearing my account, so that I could get he issue resolved. A company has to speak with customer service representatives in India, who barely Understand the issue or try to help customers at all, and then is penalized because of their incompetence. I tried to get the issue resolved and was basically turned back
