I paid an account using a check online via circuitcitycredit.com back in January.
For three consecutive weeks I called and tried to have someone explain to me and investigate why the check was not clearing my account, so that I could get he issue resolved. For three weeks the customer service agents kept telling me that I just had to wait, there was no problem and that it would take

Them 3-4 weeks to submit the check. I now find out that the account number I gave them was off by a digit and the check was returned, therefore, I am now late on my payment. It is very unfair that a customer who continuosly tries to contact

A company has to speak with customer service representatives in India, who barely Understand the issue or try to help customers at all, and then is penalized because of their incompetence. I tried to get the issue resolved and was basically turned back
Because these agents could not investigate issues or did not care to. I even asked to speak to a supervisor on one occasion and the agent disconnected the call. It is a shame that Bank One thinks so low of their customers, to subject them to such

Poor customer service representatives and would rather lose customers than pay for agents who truly care about customers and try to get problems resolved.
