Every year they try a different way to steal my home sending my payments back.Sent payments in to company ,they would not accept my bill payer system from bank .Stated my bank sent it electronically my bank sent payment in manually, they sent payment back and said never recieved. When I sent in money by Western Union they still denied recieving even though I and Western Union have reciepts.Took money out my equity saying I did not have a homeowners insurance policy for 3000.00 that their company owns,I have had the same insurance policy with State Farm for 10 years and it costs less than 300.00 per year. They have added on exhorbent legal fees so that I have had to take out loans to keep my home, was forced into banruptcy

Bank One is the owner Homecomings is the Servicer

#3Consumer Suggestion

To understand the game you must learn the terms.
Bank One owns your note (supposed to) and Homecomings is the mortgage servicer. So when you receive a foreclosure notice it will have Bank One's name on it, and when they sell your house on the Sheriffs steps it will be back to Bank One. Homecomings is the one losing your payments, not answering your phone calls and charging you made up fees so that you will never be able to save your home.

Homecomings makes money not by just servicing normal loans but charging fees that they collect not Bank One who handed your loan over to Homecomings.

Bank One NOT ASSOCIATED with HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL

#3Consumer Comment

Sat, April 23, 2005

Homecomings Financial is a GMAC company, in no way associated with Bank One.

It is possible that Homecomings purchased your loan on the secondary market, from Bank One or any other financial institution.

This is a normal practice in the industry.

At any rate, I am sorry to hear about your experience.
