Complaint Review: Bank One - prime One Benefits

i have recieved a call from some named as jennifer. she told me that im approved for credit limit of $1000. i just have to pay $217. i suppose to recieve my card with in 30 days. now it is over that. im still waiting. no luck. i've lost their number. i tried to contact 411. they don't have any company with that name.

so i used the internet. i found that i've been ripped off. how i gonna get my money back. im trying to save every penny to complete my school. i don't have any supporters. im working 12 hours a day to get my school tuition. i thought the credit will help me. im feel so stupid. so i hope they will be a way to stop them from some one who don't know about them.
