we had unsecured line of credit w/ bank one which they cancelled without warnign the problem is that under their loan agreement they were required to give back pro rata share of annual fee since i am a class action atty i asked how many people they did they to they have refused to answer for months despite letters to chairman etcm instead they gave me a refund of $20 in hopes that i would go away and be prevented from filing as a named plaintiff has this happened to anyone else? i would like to file a class case it is a slam dunk

you are missing the point i sincerely dislike the fact that bank one is getting way with ripping off consumers by ignoring the plain language of their contract do you think banks should have integrity? apparently not i would happily do this case for zero

I like how you slip that disclaimer in there at the end "this is legal advertising."

Either you're being disingenuous by writing in a semi-literate "average Joe" fashion, or you really do write that way. In either case your pathetic attempt to drum up business is laughable!
