Bankcard was our first processing company, we were ignorant to how a processing company is suppose to deal with their customers. Bankcard rep quoted us rates and told us those would be the rates we'd have to pay. He left out that we would be charged all these hidden fees, and other mishaps that are listed below. Mishaps: 1) Don't return phone calls in a timely fashion. 2) Holding over $11,000 of our funds. 3) Using our bank account as their personal piggy bank. There's no way of really keeping track of the fees and how you're being charged. 4) Constantly freezing are funds to put us through their risk management department, after we've explained our processing details numerous times. These actions caused issues with our day to day operations, forcing us to find other means to pay our shipping and processing fees. 5) Harassing our clients. These concerns forced us to hire another merchant service company. We attempted to refund the funds we recently processed with Bankcard USA  back to our clients, but Bankcard refuses to honor the refund requests. They are not responding to our phone calls and have not made any attempts to release our funds. Judging by our experience and research on Bankcard USA, they are one of the worst merchant services companies out there. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
