Complaint Review: BankCredit Mortgage

Hello,

I am writting this to inform what has heppaned to me and has happend for any one who has ever done business with BankCredit Mortgage Inc, Located @ 1489 W. Palmetto Park Rd Suite 400, Boca Raton FL, 33486.

For being the Ex Vice President of the company I can only start to tell you how bad is was there. The owner Antonio Diaz is personally a thief & liar. He has robbed, stolen, lied, cheated, harrassed, manipulated,and much more agaist anyone who crossed his path.

Antonio Diaz Will adverstise consistently on The Miami Herald, Sun Sentinal here in florida and will Promote 1% rate with a false APR of 6.875% and promitting to Pay for closing cost.

This is his trick to get people in the door and lure them to get the 1003 on Calyx Point. He will than mail out federal disclosures with false info to borrower and have them sign the package and lead them to a refinance or Purchase contract with him.

Ultimatetly when closing comes he will pull back what he agreed to pay at closing for the borrowers and most of the time will not give any credit as promosied in his adversting.

On the Yield Spread he makes he will give a broker credit but will list on the Good Faith Estimate as Closing Cost paid By BankCredit Mortgage, Inc At Closing. If the closing cost are usually higher than what he promised he will not pay it. He will charge 2 points in most deals and when the loans closes he will credit only 2 points. No closing cost where paid here. False Advertsing.

As his ex employee I was new to the business and have learned that I was working for a criminal. I want to say that this man is has been getting away from this for a long time. He is very agressive and will only higher people who he can manipulate to do his bedding. I am made my mistke but Learned my hard lesson.

As I saw this kind of operations I learned and now I am writting to inform everyone how reads this. I am not after him for any money but what is owned. Mainly to speak out and stop him. Anyone who knows him knows what kind of man he is and how he will hurt any one.

As his Senior loan officer I saw alot of Second loans that were done with multiple title companies and the help of the main title company he used. These were closed with NEG AM LOANS AS A FIRST....

It's illegal to record a loan without the lender(s) knowing about it.


Anyone who reads I strongly advise not to do business with them.

I will be fighting as long as i have to but He will not get away with this.

I wanted to metion that he normally will hire women how he can control and manipulate. Being there I saw many sexual remarks towards other woman and to much harrest that onyl lead many girls in tears. But to be honest, most of the ex employees are scared to fight back.

Antonio Diaz knew I was on to his game so He took away my wages and my earned commisions and left me for dead.

Like I said I am not after him for the money but to stop him from hurting others.
