I was hit by a person in Richmond VA from the rear while my car was not moving. Completely her fault based on the police report and her admission. I went to the emergency room and my car went to the shop. Fortunately I have Allstate which is a reputable and honest auto insurance provideder and my car was repaired through them. Bankers Insurance runs a delay tactic scam, not responding or taking responsibility for their obligations. They have consistently further victimized me and my family and are absolutely miserable to work with.
Avoid this company at all costs and should you have the missfortune of being involved with an accident with one of their insured (In my case an undocumented immigrant) get a lawyer.
