The State insurance comminissioner should be watching this company closely.

They twist clients and try to destroy the agent if they leave. As another agent in a different city stated -" Once you leave their employment they come up with ways of ripping the agents off with charge backs to the tune of 130% above what they paid out as "advances". They send you letters from attorneys saying you owe them money and threathen that it will be reported to you vector report, credit report or your U-4.   Also, if you are appointed to another actual insurance company like Humanna thru Bankers Life,  they won't release you from your appointment for two years.

They will harass you by mail and phone calls.  The so called management team will go after each of your "former" clients and tell them lies and falehoods about you and try to move the account.

Please be advised that a class action will soon be started, if anyone has an interest stand by.
