This company is a fraud. They have many different aliases but mainly use the name BannerConnect as their front. They contact websites via email, telling them that they have tons of advertising they can serve on the websites but in reality, they re-sell other people's ads. They say they would share advertising revenue with site owners but then would not make payment.

They continue to conduct business in US and they just keep on ripping people off. The person in charge of the company is called Michiel Beenen and his associate is Alan deKlein. They are both fraud. Please be aware of them.

Interesting story...

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Ripoffreport.com really should verify the validy of the claims placed on its pages. Bannerconnect is a subsidiary of Techconnect BV, which also includes Techconnect Magazine, a leading technology publication, Sharedstats.com, and other enterprises. There is nothing shady or illegal - it's all a matter of public record, as are the names of the owners, and the company's address it's all on our websites.

As for the absurd claims concerning our advertisement sales practices, it belies an ignorance on the poster's part that borders on the criminal. As an advertisement network we purchase contracts for advertisements from both companies and advertising agengies, and provide one-stop-shop solutions for website owners who lack the resources to track and collect impressions revenue. Again, this is a matter that ripoffreport.com should take care of striking from its records, as well as banning the poster.

Besides, it is interesting how these allegations were not made in any of the many available public forums that the advertisement industry frequents daily - it's a pathetic smear campaign that's going to receive the full attention of our legal representatives.

Best Regards,
Michiel Beenen,
CEO, Techconnect B.V.
