Complaint Review: Barb Pacholik Postmedia Regina Leader Post Fraudulent Reporting

Why do you turn a blind eye to the unethical and fraudulent investigative reporting of Barb Pacholik, Leader Post and her cohort Marlon Marshall?

Barb Pacholik, along with Marlon Marshall, will soon be legally pursued for their unethical, heninous and vile actions in relation to their one-sided, unbalanced, false, fraudulent articles they ran in regards to a Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice's Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA) Hearing.

Here are some of the unethical, if not criminal, actions of the following Postmedia Staff and Management - Barb Pacholik, Marlon Marshall, Heather Persson, Juris Graney and Dave Diebert - in regard to a FCAA Tribunal Hearing:

a) printed and published "in-camera" discussions/statements made during these legal FCAA proceedings which denounces any legal priviledge they may claim and demonstrates that Pacholik, Marshall and certain others believe they are above the rules and laws of court;

b) they altered an image of the respondent and printed it as being accurate. This image, of which they did not have the respondent's consent to alter or use(as the respondent held ownership of said image) shoudl have never been published. When the repsondents contacted the Leader Post and its legal counsel, Bill Johnson, to inform them of this illegal usage of this image, the respondent's requests were ignored and dismissed. This altered image of the respondent, still remains online as of today.

c) printed and published personal and private information legally protected by the privacy laws of this country to which a privacy breach investigation has been initiated;

d) while a lay-man panel (similiar to a jury) was out deliberating the judical matters at hand , these named PostMedia entities, especially Barb Pacholik and Marlon Marshall, or certain of them, were running front page articles which were 100% one-sided, biased, predjudical to the respondent, unbalanced and was presuming the guilt of the respondent. This is a direct breach of sub judice --a rule of court - which is clear that while deliberations are at hand, no publications should be published. It appears Pacholik and Marshall believe they are above the rules of court. Soon these entities willl have to make answer in a court for these, and other unethical actions;

e) that Postmedia entites conspired with, and colluded with, the Sask Ministry of Justice's FCAA to publish articles knowingly breaching the sub-judice rule in hopes of swaying the lay-three-man jury panel in handing down a guilty verdict;

f) these named Postmedia entities, or certain of them, consistently printed articles that were highly biased, one-sided, unbalanced and predjudiced against the respondents. No where in any of the Postmedia articles does it state the following truths that would have needed to be contained in these articles in order to present a fair, impartial and balanced story as per the ETHICS guidelines of the Canadian Association of Journalists:

(1) that the FCAA July 23rd decison was based on ONLY one side - the Governments being able to present a full,complete and accurate case for the Respondents were denied full answer to the allegations before them;

(2) the respondents only got to call ONE out of their THIRTY witnesses prior to Gordon Hamilton, Chair of the FCAA Hearing Panel, shutting down the Hearing thereby denying the respondents to present all their evidence and make full answer to the allegations before them;

(3) that the Respondents only got in one-tenth of their defense and only one-tenth of their physical evidence onto the record,prior to Gordon Hamilton, Peter Carton and John Paul Robinson SHUTTING DOWN THE HEARING knowing such action would deny the respondent full answer;

(4) that several members of the FCAA are facing legal proceedings of sexual harassment and other henious actions made against the Respondent;

(5) that the LEAD FCAA investigator , Sandy Novak, was removed from her post as FCAA investigator when truths of her possible corruption and criminal actions in handling this FCAA investigation came to light. It should be noted that we were informed Barb Pacholik (reporter) and Sandy Novak (former FCAA lead investigator) are friends;

These 5 statements in Point F, SHOULD HAVE been included in Postmedia's July 25th article, if PostMedia wanted to run a balanced and accurate story.

Since 2009, these Postemedia entities have sensationalized, fabricated, exaggerated, made up false and fraudulent statements in order to make a buck, at the cost of human's characters and lives.

Barb Pacholik needs to be removed from her post as does Marlon Marshall, for it appears they have no respect for rules of court --they breached sub judice and in-camera statement -and they have no regard for the privacy laws of this country.

Stop the abuse.
