On June 3, 2008, I placed an order from the website totalling $27.24, which was charged to my credit card. I received a confirmation that the payment had cleared and my order would be shipped 1st class.
By mid-July, I still had not received my merchandise, nor had I receive a notice that the shipment would be delayed, so I sent an email to the company, through the website (www.gonnaluvit.com) link. I never received a reply. I sent another email at a different date, and again did not receive a response.

It has been over 6 months, and not only have I not received my merchandise, I have not received a refund, not have I recieved any notice that my merchandise would be delayed. Futher to this, I have been unable to reach the company, and the link off the gonnaluvit website appears to be disabled because it will no longer allow me to send emails.

Today, I filed a report with the LA Fraud dept regarding my experiences with GonnaLuvIt Sterling Silver Jewelry Company. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's offices for the State of California and the State in which I reside. There are laws to proctect consumers from these type of business practices.
I encourage anyone else who has not received the merchandise that they have been charged for, to file a report with the LA Fraud dept, as well.
Being the researcher that I am, I was able to locate an alternate website with contact information for this company and it's owner. This can be found at: http://www.aboutus.org/GonnaLuVit.com. I called the number listed for the Anaheim address and it indeed led me to a voicemail message from the company owner I left a message advising with the information regarding my order and that I would like to have this matter resolved promptly. Hopefully, I will hear from him soon. In any case, I have filed a report with the authorities and I am sure they will investigate the practices of this particular business.
