Complaint Review: BARBARA KUEHN ATTORNEY

Here it is March 2013.  After reading the reports online about Barbara Kuehn it is amazing that she is still licensed with the Bar Assoc.

Enough is enough, convictions, probation, house arrest, community service hours. Complaints regarding her fees, embezzlement, double charging clients etc.

I have a Dear friend that hired Barbara in 2003.  This girl had never had to hire an attorney before, she, had paid San Mateo Lawyer Referral Services, for a referral of a divorce attorney.  She was given the name of Barbara Kuehn by an attorney who now sits on the Redwood City Bench as a Judge (This is a joke)

Barbara Kuehn charged my friend an outrageous amount of money, and continued to make mistakes.  Subpoenas were not served in a timely manner, Community Property disappeared. Child Support was never compensated, Alimony was minimal, and eventually dismissed.

Barbara Kuehn went as far as taking money from her X-husbands bank account for her attorney fees without a court order.

Her entire divorce has been so blotched up by Barbara Kuehn, that now after winning a fee arbitration award, for all the same reasons from the San Mateo Bar Assoc.  6 years later, Barbara Kuehn sold her account to a collections agency and she now has an 18,000.00 debt on her credit report!!!  For all of these reasons, I still am in shock that the Bar Assoc. allows Barbara Kuehn to continue to ruin lives of her clients, and take advantage of them when they are most vulnerable.
