I ordered a dress for a wedding at the beginning of September.
Their return policy states " Babaroni will offer you a 90% refund if there is no quality problem but you are not satisfied with the product or you change your mind. We will take a 10% restocking fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please notice we still charge the shipping fee under this circumstance even if your order is free shipping order."
This was acceptable but what they don't tell you is even though your order is shipped from the states, it must be returned to China at your expense effectively eliminating any refund you may be expecting. Do NOT order!
