beware of Byron Thomas he has taken several of my clients application over the phone include all their identity information and never called those clients back we don't know if he's i attempting to use their Identity or not my clients has attempted to call Byron over 20 times about their identity and the application that he took on them and he never responded responded beware Byron he may be doing identity theft.

I spoke to the person who supposedly filed this report he has no knowledge of this report. This report was supposedly filed by a real estate agent named John ___. This report we suspect was filed by a gentleman named Ricky, who we suspect is involved in fraud in the mortgage business. One of my loan officers Byron Thomas took an application from a customer and during the conversation realized that the property this customer was buying was owned by the same managemnt company Thosand Oaks Management LLC. They were also the seller of another property where the buyer was suspected of mortgage fraud. After talking to the buyer about where the fraudulent documents came from he said a person named Ricky gave him the documents. We do not know how Ricky is involved with Thousand Oaks Management LLC. I have directed my loan officer Byron Thomas to not be involved with any property that is owned by Thousand Oaks Managemnt LLC.
Also I have spoken to the one customer Byron did have an application on. Everything is fine we are in the process of getting him pre approved.
