Fraudulent bank that HAS zero problems allowing fraudulent charges. Never saw a card like them. As other reviewers said, they utilize people from India whom I don't mind - but if your accent is SO thick I can't understand a word you're saying - then don't work for a call center for the US corporate office. Then they cop an attitude because you ask to speak to someone you can understand. Sorry "ABU", I don't understand you, don't take that out on me. I've had issues with this company that uses PayPal for payment and of course PayPal won't do anything- they think now that the seller has refunded when this Barclays Bank knows she hasn't. They've asked me to provide proof and I did where the seller says she refunded over 30 plus days ago and yet Barclays still is investigating?

What are they investigating? The seller said they would refund and didn't. Stay away from Barclay they like fraudulent sellers because you can show them proof of how the seller was supposed to refund but good ole Barclays doesn't care ... you have a Nicole Corso at the office of the president that's a pretentious woman in my opinion. Won't write your email- says that's unsafe - but wants to chat with you on the phone. No problem with that- but I said she'll be recorded too. That's when she stopped all communication. She won't write my residential because she wants nothing in writing nor to be taped on her end. Stay clear of the bank AND Nicole Corso who imo is a joke.
