I suggest to not do business with this firm. A "kit" was ordered as a gift, on March 26th, 2006; it's now April 25th, and I still haven't yet received the order.

Even worse, I paid for "rush shipping" on their website, at an additional cost of $15, only to find out 3 or 4 days later that "they don't courier packages to Canada." Funny, because they were sure quick to process my Canadian-bank issued credit card online!

After all this mess, I get an e-mail on March 31st that I should expect the kit in "3-7 business days." OOPS, wrong again! As of about 10 minutes ago, it's "still in transit!" Now, three weeks later, I'm told that it usually takes "4-6 weeks to ship to Canada." Funny again, considering that I thought the practice of hiring storks to deliver your packages, or even horses & carriages, for that matter, were far outdated. Apparently not.

Worse, this was a gift that HAD to be received by April 29th, at the latest. I had covered all my bases, ordering it over a month in advance and even paying additional for a rush-shipping service that they advertised on their website. I called them NUMEROUS times, and they were not helpful on the phone in any way ("yeah, we re-shipped it, maybe it got caught in Customs, who knows?"), and I was even on hold for a solid 15 minutes waiting for a "supervisor" before I finally realized that a bush-league firm like this isn't even close to being worthy of 15 minutes.

The best part of all is maybe the fact that I OFFERED, about 10 minutes ago, to PAY for next-day shipping AND send the courier. "Uh, unfortunately, uh, sir, uh, we can't do that." It's "against company policy," says the supervisor. Hilarious.

Bottom line, this firm flat-out MISLED me no less than 5 times throughout this process, they have false claims/advertisements on their website and autorespond e-mails, and they were providers of atrocious customer service (from the supervisors, anyways). I would strongly recommend NOT doing business with this firm, whatever product they sell is likely duplicated elsewhere, and if you'd like to get treated with a little common courtesy and respect, that's where I'd suggest you go.
