     This company blatently committed fraud if you apply the consumer rights laws. The attorney general has been contacted. I ordered 4 pallet of general merchandise. Received them 6 days later than I was supposed to. Items were not as promised. The company even said that it wasnt what they sent and promised to send replacement which never arrived. I have the evidence to prove everything I just dont have the funds to afford an attorney. This company really needs to be taught a lesson. Please feel free to contact me DeWayne at (((REDACTED)))

Looks like he is posting on Craigslist and trying to sell all of his inventory.  Why sell your headquarters store 5 months after you opened it, if everything you do is legit.

Apology Revocation My opinion is they are scum!

 I recently submitted an apology to this company. I am revoking this apology. This company screwed me again. They did send a new pallet but it was full of junk with the exception of a few items. Michael Back took the lead on this one. He assured me he personally packed the pallet. In the pallet was three trolling motors none of which worked, Boots that were dirty and one of the pairs which were new was two left female boots, A spot light without a charger, waders that were dirty and one was even marked leaks, He sent several items that just straight up junk. I have enough evidence in my opinion to put this company under photos emails and phone calls. I am asking all others that were taken advantage of by this company to file a complaint with the BBB as soon as posible. If we can band together we can stop these people It is people like this that has a firm hand in ruining our economy by causing inflation to rise. I fully welcome any and all legal action against me from this company as they have threatened. Mr. Back and Mr. Fuquay you both know your wrong and it will catch up with you very soon.

You will not recieve anything to fix the problem.  They will never do anything to fix your problem.  I spent 15k with them and they sent me all trash, they will not even call me back or speak to me.  Michael Back is one of the most spineless people I have ever seen.  Does not even have the Balls to talk to you on the phone when there are problems. 

That proves he is a scam artist, along with his business.  His partner also made promises and never did anything.  Along with never taking any calls after he took my money. 

Good luck getting anything back from them.  I suggest filing a BBB complaint and keep posting as this company is truely scaming people.

Lets get real and tell the truch Lamar.  These 2 guys are crooks and you know it.  Quit trying to hide behind something that isnt there.  They take the money, Send out nothing but trash, and then try to blame something else.  They never give any money back or make anything right.

They will quit taking phone calls and never speak to the person they sold something too.

As you can see everyone will know that, and continue to see nothing but bad information about these 2 guys. 

I know for a fact on what they send to people as I have recieved a truckload of this crap, and they totally quit taking my phone calls and continue to hide from the people they have screwed.

It will catch up to them, and you will see how soon.

Do not try and make this out to be a mistake, as they know what they are sending out, and continue to send out.  

They will never make anything right.  Sooner or later they will have noone to sell to. 

All lies and crooks from this business.  If they werent trying to scam anyone, then why not take phone calls from the poeple they have screwed. 

Its very simple to see what is going on here.  Crooks, lies, scams and the law will catch up to them.

  I am directing this letter of intent and apology to the employees and owners of Bargain Hunters LLC. First I would like to thank you for attempting to make this right. It says allot about the character and ethics of your company. Second my intentions are to remove any and all negative postings and or comments made about your company after I have received my new product. Next please let your employees know that I am most appreciative of their efforts in creating a manifest for my pallet. I am well aware of the time it takes to do so. Last, I would like to extend my sincerest apology for the way that we all handled this situation. I know that your company has to look out for its bottom line and one way is watch out for bottom feeders. I, on the other hand ,have to do the same.

I truly believe we both thought the other was trying to deceive one another. In closing I appreciate your due diligence and attention on this matter and hope that we may do business again in the future.

Fraud Bad Company?

The complaintants report is a very confusing and misleading report to say the least. He had placed an order through the company to which went out in the period promised originally. The shipping carrier had then not intentionally, but by mishap as deliveries often have since the pony express, mis dropped or lost packages during a shipping process.  As for him placing my name into the mix, first allow me to explain my roll in this misfortunate claim. I am working as a helper to the company during times I am able over the sales order takers only. Not customer service or claims or refunds. Sales and order placement has no authority in such matters. I did however, out of the distress of the complaintant, to move the claim process along in helping find the lost pallets with the shipping company, re-locating his proper address, and even during a very distraught time in my familys life, even worked with him as a go between with all proper claim paperwork filed to the ceo and office to get him what he needed.

 The reason I am sure, that my name is listed here? When his claim took a period of time that he was unhappy with, he began to demand on me to get it done, again, not a situatione that i CAN PERFORM AS A SALES PLACER? He was directed immediately with the ceo and customer service rep. his pallets recovered, and he had advised then that half of the 4 pallets(2) were not of our original origin from the company. He advised that where they were stored, was also used by another liquidation company, to which we both agreed they must have bumbled and shipped 2 of their own pallets then to complete the order.  I enjoyed tring to help him as much as I was able, and do believe that it did speed up his claim process. Unfortunately in business, tempers flare, and some times packages since the pony express have unfortunately have gotten misplaced,broken and lost, not the first time I am sure.  However I do understand it is a process of business for companys to do everything they can to rectify these situations even when they are not to blame.

 To my knowledge and help once again, his order for replacement product was issued and was being held during the office and his talks for the re-issuing of the product, as there is a policy I believe in place for certain procedures to be fullfilled, and that the consumer unfortunately is responsible for all re-shipping fees for the claims to be re-sent to his location?  I do know this, the office has worked with,spoked with him, to be told he would not purchase the replacement fee for the shipping. His product as I last checked with the office, was completed and they were even in talks to possibly send it first, but again, not a matter for my position there as well.  I do believe he will be taken car of, as I know and can attest that both owners of that company try their very best to watch out for the consumer at all cost thus far in this proceedings! I do wish him the best, and am very hopeful they can come to a mutual agreement, if it hasnt all ready been done?  It saddens me to see my name smudged, as I truly tried to help him, even when it was not my position to do so, and that the company is smeared due to a sloppy shipping carrier, that is also very much a part of the ongoing process of mis-shipped and broken merchandise that arrives to the customers.  I wish him all the best!
