Last December I ordered a scooter from BMO for my son for Christmas for $328. When I received the scooter it had been damaged in shipment and the throttle was stuck on high. I E-mailed BMO (Bargain Mail Order) because you CAN'T call them unless your ordering. The owner of the comany Bill Davis said "no problem I'll send you replacement parts" Needless to say I never received the parts and BMO would no longer respond to my E-mails.

I reported them to the Better Business Bea. They contacted me and I sent all the information I had to them. They in turn passed it to the Kentucky A.G. Still a year has almost passed without any resolution. The complaints against this company on the BBB site have almost doubled since my complaint and they're still in business. This company currently has the largest complaint folder in Louisville.

A lesson hard learned never buy before you investigate!!!!!

After a year and a few months has gone by since we got the scooter from BMO we never got to use because the throttle was stuck on high and replacement parts not delivered the Kentucky Attorney General is taking BMO to court to sue for damages. Over 100 complaints have been received in the past year. If you are currently out there with a bum scooter from BMO I recommend calling the Kentucky Attorney General. I made complaints to the BBB who in turn had me contact the Attorney General.
