I heard an ad on the radio and decided to check it out. They give you a 30 day free trial and instant access to their website. They ask for your credit card information to pay for the $1.95 shipping of the brochure and give you a number to call when you're ready to cancel. I called the number to ask how to use the site and after several attempts, a very annoyed lady answered the phone and basically gave me the web address and said it's self explanitory. Ok, no worries, I said. They confirmed my telephone number: which coincidentally is the same number they use as your account number and keep it on file as your identifyer.

A few hours later after examining the site, I saw a property thatI was interested in. Following instructions, I called in. It was about 4:45pm (PDT) and no one answered. I figured they were closed and left it alone. I called again the next day and a prompt said a representative would help me in 8 minutes. I stayed on hold for 23 minutes and hung up (life is easier when you have a speakerphone: and i'm very busy) I've called everyday since then, all with the same outcome.

I called again today and they STILL haven't picked up the phone!!! The message prompt says "Someone will be with you in 1 minute 50 seconds and at 1 minute 50, another message says "Thank you for holding, a representative will be with you shortly" I put the phone on speaker and continued to hold for 6.38 minutes, then the phone clicked and hung up. I can't inquire about purchasing property nor can I cancel because no one's picking up the phone, so I went to their website and typed this message in their customer service box:

Your lack of Phone Support is Appauling!! I'm one more phone attempt away from reporting your company to the rip off report. I signed up for your system and am attempting to purchase and for 6 (COUNT THEM: SIX) Days, I haven't been able to get a representative on the phone. If you're company doesn't answer the phone when members are trying to cancel then you are trying to rip them off and that's deplorable and dishonest of a company. Answer my calls, or face litigation.

Seeing the way the Economy is and everything, companies are focusing on making profits and improving customer satisfaction. Who the hell is this company to be going 1 millions miles and hour in the exact opposite direction.

You trust a company only to get deceived in return.

It Continues: Dont use Bargain Networks. I took a risk on them and am now regretting it.

Damone from their Customer Service team wrote me and apoligized for not answering the phone and wrote that it was due to unusually high call volumes and that he could answers quesitons via email if I had them. I asked it on Thursday of last week, It's now Tuesday and he's never responded back. I asked him again to respond and he's said nothing. This has been an utter waste of my time and a complete disregard for customer service and professionalism.
