To the author of the missing t-shirts. Smkr. I have information concerning michael. Due to our pending lawsuit the legalities keep me from posting them in a public forum. I have been scammed by a person named Michael Back from 2782 E. Radar in Warsaw, Indiana.  He sold himself as A&M Promotions.  He was promoting a motorcycle ride and T-Shirts to help Military Families.  I went to school with Mike and I trusted him and bought 200 T-Shirts which he promised would be delivered in a few weeks (Check written 4/18/12). In June he facedbooked and said he would be bringing the T-shirts in a couple weeks.   I still have not received any T-Shirts and he won't respond to my messages on facebook.  I want to know if this is the same Michael Back that you refer to as Hunters LLC.  I do need updated information, as far as, Address and Phone #.  He also lied to a local restaurant about a motorcycle ride coming to their establishment.  The owner prepared a buffet lunch, had extra staff on hand, and also gave him some funds for his venture.  The motorcycle ride never happened!  Can anyone help me?  Thanks

Mike back has moved on to another venture. My friend and I were working for him during the closing of this business in Warsaw. We went through the pallets and restacked items etc. No inventory was taken and alot of broken items.

About a week or so later we helped him pack and move from his residence where he relocated out in the country by Corunna Indiana. We helped him paint, repanel, pull up carpeting, stain and many other things for almost 16 hr days and was paid very little.

He promised an apartment rent free for 3 months above his garage in exchange for some of the work done but has since went on his way because his house is finished and all moved in to now. We even helped him with a sale of some of these pallets in the MOUNTAIN MAN FLEA MARKET in WARSAW where he rents a bldg off the man who owns the bldg.

The items sold were broken and didnt work at all. Many microwaves, fans, a/c units, weed eaters all were broken and not in running condition and he had us post a sign saying "NO REFUNDS". I had alot of my friends come to the sale and they were very disappointed.

We were told just to sell it and not bother with it. Alot of these items were brought back to K-MART for recall, unwanted, broken and were brought back for warranty purposes and many electrical items had burnt cords.

I complained to him that I didnt think it was fair but hey he didnt care. Hes out for himself and hes starting again under another name and is living in Corunna Indiana. I know his address and phone if anyone needs it. Ill be happy to give it to you for your court purposes.

Looks like he is posting on Craigslist and trying to sell all of his inventory.  Why sell your headquarters store 5 months after you opened it, if everything you do is legit.

Michael back and Bargain hunter llc trying to run and hide again.

As promised, I am reporting back. Michael Back sent a new pallet of Bass Pro merchandise. It arrived and was quite different than he described, with different merchandise than he described. Here is what was on it:

-BROKEN Blackberry case
-.22 cal plasitc bananna clip
-3 BROKEN duck decoys
-BROKEN bow stand
-BROKEN deer feeder
-2 BROKEN LAMPS (Moose lamps with broken antlers and missing shade)
-used CO2 tank for paintball
-used bow target
-new bow target
-new very small boat seat

All total I can sell the good stuff for about $60. He stated he packed this himself. He promised a full pallet of quality merchandise.

Michael Back is a THEIF and SCAM artist.

Total sales from (2) pallets is about $560. Keep in mind I paid $1400 with a promise of 100-300% ROI.

The avenue I took to get under his skin the most was writing a letter to the editore of the local news paper in Warsaw Indiana. This community is only 12,000 people so it hits VERY close to home.

I did this and Micheal begged me to write another letter stating he made it right. He said he was tired of the telephone calls be the press. This will work if everybody calls this place.

Good luck getting anything from this guy.  He and his partner also stated to take care of the truckload of crap I was sent, but guess what,  I had to go through the crap and sell anything I could to get some of my money back, as 4 months went by and they quit taking my calls.

They will do the same to you.  He will not take care of anything.  They keep putting you off until you give up. 

Both of them will not call me back since they sent me the crap.  Good luck but I wouldnt wait for anything from them as they will not do the right thing. 

Total scam artist. 

I spoke with Michael back yesterday (3-29-11). Mr. Back has promised to make things right by me and send a new pallet. It seems things are on the mend. I will post back to update when my pallet arrives.

For the person that was  employed by Michael Back..... Please follow through with your complaint and call Bass Pro Shops. Talk to Connie. The number is (417)873-5000. I called them to let them know the scam they are pulling with Bass Pro merchandise, she was quite surprised to hear that they were selling their product. Turns out that there are only two companies in the US that sell overstock Bass Pro stuff and Bargain Hunter LLC is NOT one of them.

I too was screwed over by Michael Back, Bargain Hunters LLC.  I also know of another individual who was screwed by this guy also.  I was hired to market for the business with exciting paid travel and promised big money in 2009.  I met with him in person and he seemed legit.  Since he was local, I thought I was safe.  I was also told as each store opens, I would get $250 extra on my monthly pay on top of being paid $1000 per month.  

While I was marketing, I kept getting emails stating I was doing a great job and he was getting calls and emails from strong contacts as a result of my marketing.  I was told I was "the backbone of the business."
However, all of the sudden, he told me to stop working and demanded that I send to him in detail all of the places I had advertised so he and his wife, Kim, could track.  This made no sense to me as I was told over and over again via email and phone that he was getting results from the great work I had done.  He totally controdicted himself and was extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least.

I had to beg for pay for the work I had done and was screwed out of most of the promised pay.  He talked big into getting me a contract, but it never happened.  I turned down other jobs for this opportunity. 

The whole situation was very odd.  I was told of stores opening and of stores already opened, but the map of new stores and stores already opening was constantly changing on the map locations on thier website.

I would highly encourage anybody who has been scammed by Michael Back and Micheal Fuquay to report them. I have sent a letter to the editor of Times Union News Paper, I have contacted Bass Pro Shops (The were highly surprised that they were selling their product).

If they have ripped you off, PLEASE do the same. I found that Bass Pro Shops is the most concerned. Thanks.

Please file a complaint on this Company throught the BBB.  THis guys are doing this and continue to do this.  They also sell stores and have sold about 5 stores which they have screwed over too.

Please file a complaint agains Bargain hunters LLC, Michaels bargain by the truckload and their many other names.
I bought a truckload of this crap. 

Also you do know that you can file a Paypal complaint and try and get your money back for item not as described.
