I responded to TV ad "All service homebuying" Locating financing, down payment credit and subprime etc. site difficult to navigate, incomplete, unable to log in, required additional charges for any misleading tours to additional charges for info for help. Cx "FREE 30 day trial same day billed not only that month but 6 months refused to refund unauth payments but~acknowledged I called back same day "for tech assist ONLY" I did initially, husband realized a "scam" while I was on phone told me to cx., and I did
Not Only did they charge for "free" month but not only never refunded after cancellation, claimed never to of gotten {I never Used} "I only called for assistance not to cancel service

Spoke with supervisor erica # 14126 condescending offered a refund of only the one month half applied to a year worth of service "Valued at $250.00. WHICH I HAD ALREADY UNKOWINGLY PAID!!

{I have Ms and have been in relapse since jan out of loop with bank statemnts unaware charging after cancellation and during Free Trial} Causing me multiple overdraft with limited income did without essential prescriptions to control my Multiple Sclerosis
