Bargainland $87.88 Missing Items in Combine Ship - NO REFUND ripoff Memphis Tennessee

I am writing about a credit card charge made by bargainland posted on Jan 16th, invoice #984564. I made two purchases from Bargainland on the same day Jan 14th, they were to combined ship both items together. When I received the shipment on Jan 16th, only one order was in the UPS box. The order New The Western Heritage & 2 Humanities Books ebay item #170068033737 = $87.88 was not sent.

I called Bargainland at 901.767.6855 and was told I must email them my concerns at service@bargainland.net as they could not answer my questions. I had emailed over 10 times and have not received any meaningful response (only form letter stating to check URL) and asked what should I do? The woman hung up the phone on me. I tried to call a second time and she hung up again. I later received an email stating you would locate and ship my auction.

I did not make this purchase this through Paypal. I purchased through Bargainland checkout system.
I also called and reported this to UPS Tracking Number: 1Z 2R8 99R 03 1295 937 5. They told me they would also notify the shipper. I have kept the package just as it was sent. The packing slip it has one order location marked off. This is the one I received. The other one was not marked off and it was not received.

They have not sent me the merchandise nor refunded me my money.

Does anyone have advice as to what to do? I have contacted credit card and Ebay. How do you prove an item isn't included in the shipment? I've kept everything as it was received for evidence if I need. Who can I contact for help?

Why on Earth did you purchase ANYTHING from this seller in the first place? His feedback is Pathetic. His feedback is currently 90.0% and you ordered from him?? You will be lucky to get your other item or your money back. Consider this a costly lesson learned.

You have been on eBay long enough to know that you should never make a purchase from someone with a feedback rating of LESS than body temp. at 98.6% yet you chose to purchase from someone with a feedback of 90.0% and 8,405 NEGATIVE feedback in the last year with 936 of the NEGATIVES being from the last month. WOW, you have got to be out of your mind.

File your INR with eBay and cross your fingers. If that does not work contact your Credit Card company within 30 from date of purchase and try to do a chargeback.

i once bought an item from them and in the auction it said pay pal accepted. i tried to pay and was never able to do it. finaly i called them and found about there stupid check out system. i refused to do there check out system. finaly got a pay pal account to pay to but they refused to give me a total cost with shipping, so i could never pay.

i never did pay and they never shipped. this company is ran by idiots and dont care about there customers. dont go near them.
