I purchased four items from this company via ebay auction. I paid for them right away and when I checked out it says your order will be pre-pulled and ready for local pick up in 2 days. So two days later I went to pick up my items and was then told that I needed an appointment. The receptionist says it should say it on the checkout but is not surprised that it doesn't. I went back on my appointment day and received two of my four items incorrect and one not at all.

I have yet to receive a refund afer 30 days. A lady waiting in the reception area said sarcastically that 3 out of 4 wrong is not as bad as usual. The items were drastically different than what was described and I was told "that" is Liquidation. I was aware "that" was called a surprise and theft. Yes I know that the item could be damaged and it is sold as is however I never knew they could just give you whatever they had and call that liquidation.

I purchased a lot of auctions from them and when all this happened I sent them many emails telling them I was uncomfortable paying them more to not have the product show up as described as in my current situation. I am now being sent an unpaid item strike and facing possible suspension from ebay. I am between a rock and a hard place. These sellers do not communicate with you and when you don't pay them they go after you. Yet if I send them money knowing that I most likely will never get my product I am taking it away from my family to just get thrown away.

How do I do the right thing, and why am I being put in this position? Why is ebay keeping them in business. This is wrong; they should be looking out for the buyers first as without us they can't have a productive selling environment. There is something shady going on between ebay and Bargainland-liquidation and I will not stop until my voice is heard.

Don't EVER buy from this company- they will rip you off.
