Bargain mail order ripped me off. I purchased a Gas Powered RAZORBACK 36ccScooter. I received a defective scooter I returned the scooter within 3 days, well within the warranty period. I have not received a refund or a replacement scooter. I have mave many attempts to contact the company. I have yet to receive a respons.

If you fell the part is factory defective and wish to use the warranty you can return the defective part along with a note saying the problem and a check for return shipping...

If you have a defective part and you are still under warranty you can return it for replacement at the below address.
Just include the part, a note saying why it is defective and a return postage paid shipping label (or a $9 check for return shipping).
Once received your replacement part will be sent out within 5 working days.
