Bargainn Newtork Motors Bargainnetwork I was in the market for an auto. i observed the number on television advertising a free list. Upon calling the number I learned there was a fee of $1.95 to receive the list and also a memership fee attached. There was a fast-pace talking individual who promised me the moon, stars and sun. As previously stated, upon dialing this number for Auto Auctions for free which was falsely advertised on Televison. I soon learned this was a membership with false advertising. After a length conservation whereby I refused to accept all of their sale pitches, I signed-on for !.95. I cancelled the membership the very next day so that I would not forget the $39.95 cost.
To my surprise I noticed another company charged a total of $19.95 to my sh opping account that did not contain the amount of monies being billed. This account was recommended by Bank of America because I do quite a bit of on-line shopping. Bank of America authorized/paid the $19.95 to a company by the name of Easysavers--- a third party billing. In addition to the 19.95 charges, Bank of America charged me another overdraft fee of $35.00. I am not dealing with Bank of America to have my overdraft overturned because I did not authorize Bargainnetwork to charge this amount to my debit card.
This Bargain Network is the biggest ripoff going now. Do not listen to anything that comes-up on television advertising FEE.
I spoke with a representative at Easysavers and was informed that my 19.95 would be redoposited into my checking account but... i would have to deal with my bank in order to get the overdraft returned. Bank of American has a ver y strong history of ripping off the middle class people.
