Bargers Allsports refused to do warranty repairs Waco Texas
when i took my motorcycle to them for warranty repairs the service manager said that all honda shadow motorcycles make that noise. that was not true as i have had 2 shadows with 50,000 miles and had never heard that noise before. i took it to an independant mtorcycle shop and they said it was not a normal noise.
i took it back to dealer and they took 3 weeks to call and say that the warranty that i bought would not cover it. then an employee lied to me and said that honda made the decision but when i called the honda co. they said it was the dealers comments that decided not to warranty. the dealer charged me $175 to tell me that the warranty would not cover the repairs.
i have asked honda to reconsider three times and they refuse.

We feel this complaint should have been directed to American Honda Motor Co. rather than Barger's Allsports. The extended warranty is through American Honda Motor Co. and it was AHMC wo denied the claim for repairs not Barger's Allsports. Although the claim was denied by AHMC, as a gesture of good faith Barger's Allsports offered to repair the motorcycle at our cost. this offer was declined by the customer.
