Bark Ave Pet Resort, groomers overcharge, bad groomer, ripoff Mesa Arizona
They charge me $15 Extra dollers for removing mats total $65, they did not tell me this upfront after I told them he did have a few mats. This is a show Quality Golden Retriver and it did not have that many mats, it looked like they sheep shered the dog.

First of all, fifty dollars is CHEAP to groom a Golden. They're not charging enough as it is.
As to the mats, why did you neglect your "show quality" (don't even get me started on that one....) dog to the point that it HAD mats? Combs are cheap!
And why do you believe the groomer should repair the result of YOUR neglect for FREE?
I just hate pet owners that neglect their pets, then get MAD because the groomers won't/can't "fix" it.
Think of all the money you saved by not having your "show quality" dog groomed on a regular basis.
I'd say you got off CHEAP!
Oh yeah... most groomers won't even demat a dog anymore. It's torture to the dog and hard on the groomers' hands.
