July 20 2020 I purchased an anti bark device and booklet from Barkgegone.com. The item broke with in a week. I called the company and received a Retrurn Authorizatioin number and address. I mailed it back and tracking shows it was received Aug 12th, 2020. I emailed them Aug 15th asking about my refund. They replied they have not received my package. I sent them the tracking information showing it arrived at their office Aug 12th. They epleid they have alot of boxes in their warehouse when they see mine they will issue a refund. I have written 6 times since then and they refuse to issue a refund saying they have not got to my pacakge yet. It has been 3 weeks since I returned my iitem Iam due a refund.
