Two weeks ago, I placed an order online. I accepted the upgrade to the
platinum version and an a/c charger. Before showing me the total, it
required me to click the Accept button. I was expecting an order of
approximately $40. NOT SO FAST!!!! When the invoice popped up, the total
was for over $100. The order included an additional 2 upgrades + 2 a/c
chargers. I was livid! I called them immediately and the service guy
(whose dogs were barking in the background) gave me a confirmation that
the order would be canceled. I called the next day to confirm, and the
lady said she couldnt pull up the invoice, but she would put an
additional notice on the order to not ship it because I wanted it
canceled. Well . . . two weeks later, I check my account, and find that
the $100+ had been taken from my account. After calling customer service
and talking to an agent AND his supervisor, I have been told that I
cannot get a refund until I return the products they already shipped to
me, which will probably not get here for another five days. Now I will
not be able to cover a bill auto-pay that will be attempted after the
weekend. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES if
you are looking for one customers opinion. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FROM THIS CORPORATION
AGAIN, NO MATTER HOW GREAT THE PRODUCT IS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
