I purchased there monthly program and used it two months it didn't work so I emailed them and they told me to double up on the pills, I did and it still didn't work. I spoke to a representative on the phone a couple times and did what they recommended, still didn't work. I sent several emails asking for a refund, and even wrote them a letter asking for a refund and all they do is promise I will get the refund. I have also sent them several with out an answer since I asked them for a refund and they won't respond...... STAY AWAY THE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK AND THEY WON"T REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
