I have designed my barn with floor plans, elevations, roof, etc... in a CAD file. All I need was to find someone to complete the details for a set of construction drawings, and eventually to build the barn for me. He was really nice at the begining until he got my money. I paid this guy $1000 to complete the construction plan before sending it to the engineer. He said it will take approx. 3 weeks to get it done. He makes promises but fails to deliver. When ask, he got mad, angry and nasty thru text. Two months later, he gave me a set of plan that was not as I asked, he did not follow my drawings, and probably 80% of the drawings was a copy & paste from other plan of his.
I think, He has a set of pre-purchased plans that he uses. He wanted to use it on my drawings, and it didn't work. He knew that he was not capable for this job but he took the money and try to force me to use his plans. He got mad because I didnot want him to make change to my design. This guy is a scam, please stay away.
