Visited Barnabeez website for the first time and saw a camera that we wanted to purchase. We called Barnabeez to see if the item came with a warranty. A customer service rep. said that it did.

We placed the order online. We then recieved multiple e-mails within minutes of the order saying we needed to call them to activate the order.

We called and kept being put on hold. We finally spoke with a man in the customer service area how put us on hold several times saying each time that he needed to check how many of the cameras he had in stock. He finally told me that they do not have the item and have not carried for quite sometime.

I explained that on their site the item had a red title of New on it. He then said the item was not on their site. I explained that I placed the order less than 10 minutes ago and it was. When I went to pull the camera page up the page directed me to another more expensive camera. I had the site pulled up on another computer and saw that the camera was there when I refreshed the page I could see that they had changed the website as we were talking.

The customer service rep then said "If you will be quite I'll tell you about another camera we have." I explained my frustration and dissapointment with them and that I felt this type of misrepresentation, and rudeness should be reported. I was then told "Hey, I can't control what you do." I ended the conversation.
