ITS NOT A MONEY RIPOFF.I went in for a refund.They took my ID address,name,and phone number.Iam thinking of fighting this.Do i have a case,or do they have the right to do that.

What sort of refund did you receive? I have worked in several retail companies and in almost all of them a name and address was required for a refund. The only reason an I.D. was required was when cash was being issued back to the customer. I'm unable to give you the reason for this, but you may want to contact a legal advisor that may be able to help you.
