Tues., May 10,2005 I recieved an e-mail from Barrister Olumide Oosi much like the one from your report of Barristers Jeff Ibeh and Johnson Madu.
Difference was lives lost on Sunday, Jan 27, 2002 in terrible bomb blast that claimed 1000 lives. He (Richard Hernandez) worked for Shell Petroleum Dev. Company in Nigeria.
Like the other report he, his wife, and 3 children were killed.
His bank was OCEANIC BANK and his account value is $7,546,810.00(USD). To be paid to me and then he and I can share the money according to any agreed ratio.
To be executed under legitimate arrangement that will protect from any breach of the law.

I failed to mention what the outcome of recieving that e-mail.
After reading the e-mail I searched the web for BARRISTERS, NIGERIA and came across the RIP-OFF REPORT on IBEH and MADU and saw the basically same outline of the e-mail from OOSI.
I did not respond to OOSI's e-mail, I chose to report this directly to you.
If by some miracle it is not a scam, it is still something I would not feel comfortable responding to.
But knowing of SHELL PETROLEUM I very much doubt that they would not have the ability to contact the next of kin.
