Complaint Review: Barrister David Sibigam

I received an e-mail this morning stating that I could be a next of kin to a family that was killed in a car crash on April 2002. He was asking me for all my personal information. That there was 7.5 million US dollars involved and to give information to receive the money than I was to send it to him then we would split the money 50% to him and 40% to me the additional 10% would cover taxes, etc in US. I immediately searched for validity of this and reported it to you. The guy signed the e-mail as David Sibigan
