Exceedingly dishonest about payments. They will quote you and promise you one thing, and then not honor their commitment. They will get you on-site for a service call, and if it becomes complicated, will verbally promise you an hourly rate, or an increased flat rate, and then when it comes time for payment, they will deny ever making any such commitments, even if your have names, times, and the end-user's signature. They arrogantly claim that their glorious "notes" system is more infallible than the pope.

If you try to secure your rights to payment you were promised, they will stop using you. They go through technicians like water through a sieve as a result of this.

Exceeding dishonest about payments

Our company dispatches service calls at a flat rate.  We rarely dispatch services calls at an hourly rate because our pricing to our customers is based on a flat rate per service call.  Sometimes, service calls take longer to perform than we anticipate; but, sometimes calls are performed more quickly.  Once a work order is sent to a tech, with the flat rate indicated, and the tech accepts the job, we consider that an agreement from the technician to perform the work in question for the rate stated.

Notes System

Our employees are trained to be very thorough in the notes taken for all service orders.   This is to protect all parties involved.  We make every effort to ensure the notes are accurate so that if there is ever a question we will know all the details of the work performed.

They go through technicians like water through a sieve

We appreciate the work performed by all of our technicians on our behalf, and we make every effort to pay technicians promptly and correctly.  Unfortunately, I do not have all the information to look into this issue further. If you feel this issue needs further attention, please do not hesitate to contact us through our company website and reference payissues (unfortunately, I cannot include the direct email because of this site prohibits email addresses in posts).  Please include the details of the issue, date, work order number, and amount of payment in question.  Please reference ripoffreport.com.  I will look into the matter and try to make a fair determination.  In business, there are situations where each party feels they are correct.  My solution in handling these matters it to offer a fair solution in an effort to resolve the matter and free both of us to move forward with our business responsibilities.
