Complaint Review: Barrister Samuel Agbala

I received an email for a man named Barrister Samuel Agbala. He claimed he was looking for the next of kin for a man named Albert Zorn. Mr. Zorn and his wife and 3 children were killed in an auto accident on May 2, 1999. He has been unable to find the next of kin so he is writeing to me because I have the same last name. He says he will present me to a bank as the next of kin and we will split a $40 million dollar estate of Mr. Zorn as I am the next of kin. The split will be 55% for him and 40% for me with 5% for expenses or taxes as my government may require. He states that he only has 10 days to present me to the bank or the money will be taken over by the Nigeria Government. I sent him a one line email asking what this was and he contacted me back saying that he needed my home address and a photo of me so he knows where to come to get his part of the estate. He says I must keep this a secret until the money is deposited into my bank account. He tells me that every move about this project is legal and I have nothing to worry about.
