Howard Barron is such a scumbag that after being persued by me to collect on a judgement against him, that he now decided to close the "corp" and rename it, to avoid paying me what is due. He has done this to avoid a class action lawsuit, because of the number of people he's don it to.
He has kept my earned commissions, and refuses to pay. If anyone thinks the "reserve account he collects from each loan officer is considered anything but his, you are sadly mistaken. Each loan offer pays to him over time $3,000 -$6,000. He calls it a reserve account and is innocent enough when he describes it. But the reality is when you leave, he WILL keep it.
