This individual purports to construct chassis for auto racing.
In March of 2002 my automobile was sent to this individual for chassis reconstruction. Initially it was torn down for the work.
The value of the vehicle was 11,000.00 before tear down. I paid Barry Henderson 9,000.00 additional 8,000.00 cash and 1,000.00 in parts.
No significant work has been accomplished to this date 12/02/04.
A contract exists that goes unfulfilled.
Simply stated: This individual is a thief and should not be allowed to practice business.
