Barry McClennan is a fraud. He stiffs subcontractors and laborers. The one's he has to pay,he demands a kickback. He ownes no tools tries to borrow from others even though he has no idea how to use them.He also cuts lawns does landscaping even thouth he doesn't own a lawn mower.
He has stiffed a lot of people, and has filed for Bankruptcy in the past. He's a real scammer-watch out for him. He tries to act real smooth. Has no insurance / doesn't claim monies to government - fraud !!!!!!
