Barry Nishman Balmaco Warranty deed not worth the paper it's printed on Nationwide
Well I purchased a piece of land in 2009 from Barry Nishman. He offered it with a Warranty Deed, I recieved the deed no problem. Three years later I recieve a letter from tax assessor that I owe 700.00+ in back tax liens.That is way more than the property was and is valued at on top of the purchase and deed price. Apache County, Arizona should of never authorized the deed either. So basically I am stuck with a property that cost me almost four times the value, not much of a value. I admit it was my responsibility to check but at the time I did not know how. Very poor business practices by Barry Nishman @ Balmaco.
