I ordered an Oklahoma City Thunder Snapinit Blue Black NewEra Snapback.   After a very long wait, I finally received my order.  It is completely unacceptable.  The hat is a different design than I ordered and it was smashed into a tiny box.  When I contacted the company, they apologized.  They asked for pictures of what was ordered and what was sent.  They asked me to return (at my cost) the original hat.  I requested a pre-paid box to return it in.  They said no.  I haven't heard from them since.  I sent two follow-up emails.
