We were looking for a particular baseball bat for our High School player. We found it on several websites, most of which we've done business with before, for $399. Baseballbatsus.com had it for $349 and we gave them a try assuming, like all the others, they were a domestic company. After 2.5 weeks in which we repeatedly asked for but didn't recieve a shipping tracking number, they gave us one for a Chinese shipper. So we waited a little longer only to find a tee ball bat delivered to our door. Another round of emails requesting that for the correct bat, each with a reply stating they couldn't believe a mistake had been made. Finally, they began to offer us a VIP membership with "lots of discounts" on additional merchandise but no offer or mention of sending us our $399 bat. Obviously, we've been had. We've ordered the bat from another, trusted website and hope our credit card company will make us whole.
