Baskin Robbins car wrap scam pickens credit union check email about earning an extra $300 a week for car wrap
I got an email asking did I want to get an extra $300 a week. I agreed, they asked for more of my vehicle information which I provided. I then got 2 seperate checks in the mail for $2.500.00 instructions state to text this number to verify before deposit. I tried calling the number it told me the google subscriber could not be reached. i think thought red flag red flag.
I was going to take the check to the bank to see if the checks were legit. I then got an email stating deposit the checks and keep $300.00 for myself then give the additional funds to the car wrapping company. I will not be depositing these checks into my account. If the check does not clear I am obligated to pay those funds.
