Bath Wraps Today Shower installed in 5/2012, Coming apart & no one will return a call Levittown, Pennsylvania
Had a shower with handicap seat installed in May 2013. Shower now has crack in it and seat is coming apart.
Telephoned company and received no call back. Web site referred you to a different company. Called that company & was told they would call back. Called every other day for 3 weeks and no call back
Wrote to Consumer Protection, they sent a correspondence to Bath Wraps and received no response.
I am handicap & disabled so the cost took a lot to save to do this. Angie's list had great recommendations.
Attorney General is just as much at fault. If you get too many complaints you close down & open under a new name & keep ripping off people. There should be some kind of law that prevents this kind of rip off.
